Compliance with Law: All the labor laws are strictly implemented and inspected under strict supervision.
Safety & Health: Conditions in all working facilities are safe, clean and consistent with all laws and regulations regarding safety & health.
Child Labor: No person under the age of 16 is employed in any circumstances.
Forced labor: Every employee works in free environment according to his / her will. And is a free person even during the job hours, and has the right to resign any time from his/her duties formally.
Harassment or Abuse: Any sort of corporal Punishments or other forms of punishments, abuse, whether mental or physical is forbidden in the company and is strictly supervised.
Discrimination: Discrimination on the basis of color / race / religion or any personal characteristics is strictly prohibited in the mill. All the hiring, pay scales, promotions, terminations or other terms and conditions of employment are applied on merit basis only.
Working Hours: Employees are only liable to work according to the legally prescribed limits. Weekly holiday / Leaves / vacations and annual holidays are practiced as per labor law of Pakistan.
Wages & Benefits: We comply the rules and regulations according to the labor laws .No employee is paid under the minimum wages suggested by the Govt. of Pakistan .Over time and social benefits are provided in accordance as well.
Environmental Protection: We follow all the local regulatory bodies in order to protect the environment and conduct processing/manufacturing in a way that we minimize waste and maximize recycling. |
