All fabric manufactured by Shahzad Siddique (PVT) LTD. goes through a rigorous process that ensures a perfect finish. From pre-treatment including singeing, bleaching and mercerizing through dyeing, printing, curing and special finishes, care is taken at every step to achieve optimum levels of quality.

A wide range of dyeing equipment that includes reactive, sulphur, pigment and thermosole processes, allows us to create an extraordinary range of hues on a Varity of fabrics.

The process of printing transfers designs conceived in an artist’s mind onto fabric bringing it to life. Attractive prints are created on our top of the line printing equipment, using pigment, reactive and dispersed dyestuff.

To cater to the exacting standards required by international markets, it is important that fabric has the desired special finish suitable for the purpose it is made for. Soft touch, no-iron, flame retardant, stain repellent, water repellent fragrance and freshness application any of these and more special finishes can be provided to the satisfaction of the client.

The final finish gives the fabric that extra desirability so important in the textile market. Calendaring and sanforising processes result in a finished fabric that, bearing all the hallmarks of excellence, is ready for final inspection and plastic sealing.
